Coffee is more than a morning routine to me.  It's a passion and hobby of mine.  I love coffee - not just any old, run of the mill coffee...I like good dark, rich, and bold coffee.  Starbucks is to blame.  Contrary to popular belief Starbucks doesn't "burn" their coffee.  They have mastered a method of roasting that releases the dark, robust flavor from the world's best beans.  I will be the first to agree that Starbucks isn't the only high quality coffee out there - but they are the biggest.  They have the means of providing any coffee lover with a variety of flavors and coffee types the average mom & pop shop cannot.  So, from a coffee lover - may I suggest a nice, hot, bold cup of coffee from you local Starbucks.  [No I am not paid by Starbucks...but would love an endorsement deal!]

Periodically I will feature my favorite coffees here, who knows...you might just find yourself trying one.

ETHOIPA SIDAMO This coffee is my current daily favorite.  African coffees are my favorites, the flavor is rich but not too smoky, very full bodied.  A coffee worth trying...enjoy.

GUATEMALA CASI CIELO This coffee has been on my mind for a while.  My next coffee purchase will be this one...I haven't tried it but just reading about it make my mouth water...enjoy.
